Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Your treatment success depends on many factors, including adherence to your individualized protocol. To provide the highest quality care to our patients, including specifically prepared medications, we ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Please ask our staff if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment are not subject to any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of a scheduled appointment are subject to a 35% cancellation fee based of the booked appointment's cost. The scheduling deposit will be applied towards future appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling more than 72 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment is not subject to any fees.
  • Rescheduling within 72 hours of a scheduled appointment must be done over the phone with our staff and is subject to a 35% fee based on the booked appointment's cost. The scheduling deposit will be applied towards the rescheduled appointment.
